Public Source Material Free for Use

In the course of business, we have had the opportunity to develop a significant library of material funded by Federal and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania grants. Having use grant funds to create this material, we provide this material freely to aid and advance public safety planning efforts. 

The material is free to use and free from warrantee or promise. In our work, great care was taken to produce material built consistent with national best practice guides and samples. We believe this work is significant, and significantly advances public safety planning. We also know dangers exist, and that best efforts using best practice cannot guarantee protection from all harm. Therefore, use, or adapted use, of provided material is knowingly made acknowledging such risk.

Having been provided free of charge and free from warrantee or promise, an additional note is needed. The provided material was developed with careful effort to be consistent with Federal and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Emergency Operations Planning (EOP) principles. It is also known, that EOP planning is an ever evolving professional discipline. 

As with all evolving professional disciplines, the use of these aids requires practical understanding of particular knowledge, principles, and skills. Use of these materials without the request training, practice, and experience seriously jeopardizes effective use of the tools. Therefore, use of this material should be limited to persons trained and experienced in EOP disciplines. 

Persons needing support in the use of these tools are encouraged to consult their State, County, or Municipal Emergency Management Authority.
